✅ Returns Accepted On:

• Ready-made items (e.g., standard mugs, non-custom t-shirts, home decor)
• Items in unused, resaleable condition
• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

❌ Returns Not Accepted On:

• Personalized or Custom Printed Items
  Due to their made-to-order nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There was an error in the personalization that is our fault

💬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
