Welcome to Vista Computers & PrintShop. By accessing or using our website vista.com.pk and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Vista Computers & PrintShop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Vista Computers & PrintShop. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Types

We offer a range of:

• Ready-made items: Standard designs available in stock

• Personalized items: Custom-printed products made to order (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, bottles, home decor)

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, color variations may occur due to differences in display settings or printing processes.

3. Personalization & Advance Payment Policy

• All personalized products are created based on the details you provide (e.g., name, design, message).

• Please double-check spelling, colors, and customization instructions before placing your order.

• For personalized products priced above Rs. 2,000, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required before we begin processing your order.

• Orders not confirmed with advance payment (where applicable) may be delayed or canceled.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Times:

  • Personalized Items: 3–5 business days

  • Ready-Made Items: 1–3 business days

• Shipping Time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location

• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns Accepted: For unused, ready-made products within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns Not Accepted: For personalized/customized products unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind on personalized items.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.

• For eligible personalized products (Rs. 2,000+), at least 50% advance payment is mandatory before production.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, content, and logos on vista.com.pk are the intellectual property of Vista Computers & PrintShop. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in service.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information without consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of any changes.
